The worst moving company, Don't even know if they are licensed to do that kind of job. I called them on Thursday 5/3/2016 to deliver for me a 320 Gallons aquarium and I asked them for over 5 times if they are able to do the delivery successfully without causing any damage to the aquarium, and every time their answer was ( you called the right company) but guess what they broke my $4000 aquarium!!!! and to make it worst they took it back claiming that they will fix it, I kept calling them they wont answer my calls but at the end I called from a different number so they picked up the phone and the answer was come pick up whatever left from your aquarium we are not responsible for it and they hang up on me. Please please please be aware from them. I called the police but it turned out that police won't handle that case, so I called my lawyer and soon I am taking them to court. Got them on video picking up the aquarium in a perfect shape from the origin place and got their license plate number for the truck they used. BE AWARE...

MOVERS WERE POLITE AND SOMEWHAT FAST, HOWEVER THE OFFICE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE EZTAG, THEY HAVE A TRAILER, NOT EVEN A TRUCK. SINCE IT WAS RAINING, TRAILER WAS LEAKING, ALMOST DAMAGED MY MATTRESS AND TV IF IT WASN'T FOR MY HUSBAND MOVING EVERYTHING. MOVING FINISHED IN 2 HOURS, WHEN I WAS GOING TO PAY WITH MY CC WHICH THEY SAID I COULD I'M TOLD ITS $16 MORE. THEY FORGOT MY BED RAILS. I NOTICED THAT NIGHT AND CALLED THE GUY WHO HELPED US MOVE, HE SAID HE WAS ALREADY HOME SO HE WILL DELIVER THEM THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY CAME AND I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING! I CALLED 2 DAYS AFTER AND I KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THE OFFICE THAT I WOULD GET IT DELIVERED THAT DAY. CALLED AT 8PM TO SEE WHY I HADN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND SPOKE TO A "MANAGER" ONLY FOR HER TO TELL ME THE GUYS WERE DONE FOR THE DAY. I TOLD HER I WAS PROMISED MY THINGS TODAY SO SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 5 MINUTES TO LET ME KNOW SOMETHING. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM HER. MY RAILS WERE BROUGHT TO ME AT 10:30PM AND LEFT AT MY FRONT DOOR, DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK OR ANYTHING. I HAD TO CALL TO ASK IF THEY WERE COMING. IF I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN AS PISSED OFF AS I GOT I WOULD HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BED RAILS!! AND I STILL RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE TODAY FROM THE MOVER SAY "YOU'RE WELCOME BY THE WAY" LOL THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER HIRE THEM!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I was scheduled a week in advance for a move! I called the movers on the day of my move after I noticed that they were 15 mins. Behind schedule. I was told "oh the movers were suppose to call you and tell you they are running behind. The man that answered the phone says let me give them a call to figure out what's going on and find an ETA and I'll call you back. Do you think I got a call back..NOPE! So an hour goes by and I call AGAIN only to find out that he still does not have an ETA but when he does he will give me a call! 2 hours later I still have yet to receive a follow up call so I call back and ask for a member of management! The man tells me a manager will not be in until Monday! What kind of business is this...no manager on duty, poor communication information with drivers, and completely POOR customer service! I then ask the man to atleast tell me if they are going to be able to come or not because I have to be out by a certain time and he tells me "I mean I don't know" what would you like me to do?! REALLY!!! Worst company ever! And the poorest customer experience I have ever received... I have found a new company to do business with. You all should find a better way to manage your business and at least have the common courtesy to follow up with your customers!!! Oh and he told me I'll call you back to let you know if they are going to be able to make it before your move out time! We will see if I get a call back!! HIGHLY doubt it!!! This company should be out of business!!!

i needed to move at a very late notice and i was lucky to find a groupon and Sanford and Son helped me so much and I'm so grateful. not only did the voucher help save me money but the guys were fast they came in straight to business. i would recommend this company to anyone thanks guys AAA++++

STAY, STAY FAR AWAY. I would give them a 0 star if I could. First off then came with a large trailer. It was missing one of its 4 wheels. I didn't notice until after fully loading. blankets used were damped and dirty. One of the guy had ashma and could hardly lift anything. I had to help out because I did not want him to drop or damage anything. When I was helping my wife with other things, the ashma guy drop 2 of our mirrored cabinet and DESTROYED THEM. They said they had insurrance and had to call it in. (I thought it would be replaced) Once we arrived at the new house, they started to unload and my wife started to notice some damages to the furniture. She told the guy and he started to get annoyed and said what damages? as they moved more and more furniture in, more and more furniture were notice something wrong with them. He started to argue with my wife and they had a screaming battle. while in the middle of the arguement, he closed the trailler and was about to leave with the rest of our furniture. THEY ASKED FOR THE PAYMENT IN FULL IN CASH TO FINISH THE JOB. I called the office and explain what was going on, and they finished the job. THEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT IN CASH. I said I don't have that much cash on me and they said they could follow me to a ATM. I was really suspicious of what was going on. ( they said their CC app or didn't have the card reader on them.) BS. I said i will pay by check or by CC. waited for 2 hours to talk to someone at the office and the lady told me the same BS story of their machine not working. Then they finally took my CC and charged more than what was on the receipt. Then when I called later about the insurance, THEY ONLY PAY .60 CENT PER POUND OF ANY ITEM THEY DESTROYED. so if you have a 1 lb vase worth 300 dollars and they broke it. WE HAD OVER 1K IN DAMAGES AND THEY ARE GIVING US A HARD WITH WITH JUST REFUNDING WHAT WE PAYED OF 591.50 THEIR INSURANCE WILL ONLY PAY YOU .60 CENT. PLEASE , PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL MOVERS.
