They did a very good job with our loading. They were informative with all the questions we asked ahead of time and they even provided us lots of used boxes to save us lots of $$.
Make sure there are no estimated charges in your bill that you don't understand or agree with.
A very significant minor detail that they did not volunteer about how the final moving cost was determined...made us pay over $500 more than I expected.
I was very unhappy with this manipulation of the estimate to allow them some room to charge us more than I expected and I tried VERY hard ahead of time to ask all the questions.
But then the estimate included some items that were put in "just in case" which ultimately enabled them to go up on the price in the end.
