I would recommend AB moving. The guys seem to have a great time interacting with each other which makes them both pleasant and professional at their job. They are very careful and quick moving the heavy stuff. But, have everything other than furniture packed up a day or so before (this really isn't their forte). This could save you some time and money. Also, possibly inquire about flat charge instead of hourly if you are moving an hour or so away. They are fairly accurate when they tell you that their truck holds a 1700 square foot home. It was easier for us and them to use two trucks for our 3400 square foot move. It's not going to be cheap, but I believe the pricing is competitive. If you want a cheap move, do it yourself. And, good luck with that!
We used AB moving last weekend for our move and had a mostly great experience. They did ding up my daughters bed a bit and the "disassembling and reassembling" that the company says is involved is not exactly what I expected. Luckily we did most of it ourselves beforehand. Other than that I am very happy with it. It didn't take very long, they worked hard, they did what I asked, the movers were all polite, the price was reasonable.
We had the Holubik crew helping us with our move.We had 3 men and a truck, and they were very professional and efficient. What I thought would take many hours, only took a few! I was very anxious about our furniture not being handled well, and the moving of furniture in and out of the homes being handled improperly- but these guys did a fantastic job! I HIGHLY recommend them! They called me before hand with an ETA, and actually arrived a few minutes early, and even with previous moves through the day- they showed up ready to work!
I’ve used AB Moving twice and both times they did a great job. The crew doesn’t stand around talking. They literally work the entire time. My last move was 9 hours and they worked for all 9 hours. They didn’t try to move slow to get more time. I’ll give you a few reasons why they are better than other moving companies. Nothing was broken. They literally shrink wrap everything. They don’t charge a stairs fee. Along with Moving, they also pack your items. They are very trustworthy. Both times I left the crews with my items and had to run out. I’ve never had a problem with things missing. This company is the best
AB was extremely professional. They showed up on time and completed the move as fast and efficiently as you could ever expect. The employees were all friendly, courteous, and professional. Not a single item was damaged. Sensitive surfaces like wood were wrapped and placed in the truck with the appropriate matting and protective layers. I will absolutely be calling them again for my next move in Dallas. Five Stars!
