Great overall experience. Staff was friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Movie quality & sound: perfect! Will go again and again!
This is my go-to movie theater when it comes to most releases. I️ love the theater and the overall aesthetic of the area. Most of the food is good and the themed drinks are pretty awesome. I️ usually purchase my tickets from the SMG website to reserve a good seat!
We'll go again. Quick, convenient, food was good (blackened chicken pasty...couldn't finish!). Would've been perfect if I could've paused the movie every time my wife wanted to talk.
I came and watched Hitmans Bodyguard with my husband Oscar and best friend Edgar tonight. As we entered the theater room we were greeted by this really sweet young lady named Kristal who sweetly complimented my outfit and joked about Edgar not giving us our seat number while he went to the bathroom. She was just as great when she took our orders and our experience through the movie. Kristal was definitely the definition of great customer service. I really do hope she can be a great example to her coworkers and she deserves to be recognized for this. She even remembered all of our names when we were heading out and wished us a great night. Kristal, we want to thank you for such a great evening.
The movie quality was good. But the popcorn was the worst I've ever tasted. We asked for butter on it and we got something that was tasteless and wet. Also sitting in the first row is bad. The seats are too close to the screen. we didn't have a choice on the seats. But I would not sit in the front row again
