The people who work here never gave me an issue, they are friendly, nice, and accommodating. I'd still come back as long as they have the $5 movie deal for day time :)
They have good food although a little pricey and they have arcade games to entertain kids.
I always like to come Saturdays in the morning. There are not to many people, so you can enjoy the movie quietly. The screens and sound system are good, specially the IMAX and 3D. The food and drinks are has plenty of choices, and there is a bar for adults. I have been in other theaters , but this one is the best and my favorite.
The only defect would be unreclinable seats and occasional dirty theaters.
I don't really buy anything to eat or drink here (b/c it's expensive as hell.. plus I don't like popcorn), so I don't have comment for that.
They don't open the doors on time in the morning most of the time. They have relaxed rules and don't open the doors and people have to wait outside on most or certain days. Specially for early movie show timings oh, only ones such as in the mornings.... they don't open the doors on time sometimes. Some of the employees are very lazy. I have been there many times in the mornings where the doors are locked and people have to end up standing outside for many minutes, even when the showtime is approaching or has already crossed sometimes.
This is my go-to movie theatre in Houston because it's very convenient to me and they have the $5 movie tickets during the day time. Which is great when you don't want to pay $10+ or more at night or at other theaters.
There's a huge parking lot, so parking isn't an issue here. I've been coming here since 2007, nothing really to complain about, the only "bad" I see are dirty movie theaters, which is pretty common I'd say.
This is the closest theater to me. The movies have good visual and sound quality. The tickets are reasonably priced and cheaper than other theaters.
Them seats are trash. Back was killing me. Great friendly customer service.
