It was amazing when it was Sundance, now that AMC owns it they have let the place get destroyed and nasty. Staff is not helpful, the theater is hot seems like there is no AC (in the summer!!!) And the whole "dine-in" thing is really more like pay for expensive food, get a buzzer, go see your movie and interrupt the theater with the buzzer while you go get your food. Then eat it in the theater where it's pitch dark and make a mess that no one will cleanup.

The menu looked good. They had a good variety of delicious items. The seating was comfortable and spacious. It was unfortunate we didn't get a chance to try the food because they had just reopened after sustaining flood damage due to the hurricane. The staff was very hospitable and tried to compensate for not having the full menu available.

It's branded as a dine in theater which creates the image of good food, good drinks and, with the ability to bring entres into the theater, tables or at the very least an airplane style tray table that makes eating less messy. The reality is much different. The food.. sub par. It's very basic easy to make probably shipped frozen things like chicken salads, macaroni, tenders, fries, basic sandwiches, nothing worthy of note or remembrance. The theater itself boasts fantastically average seating. Basic theater seats that must be assigned at purchase though no one inforces seating. If you do bring any food into the theater you're greeted with a slightly larger than average arm rest and.... that's it. Unless you like eating sideways this is not conducive to a fair dining experience. Save the money and eat at any of the plethora of restaurants in the same complex. Movie presentation was standard. Good screen size and viewing angles, no complaints about the actual movie itself.

They did not let me know the fact that their theater was temporarily closed and the show I reserved was canceled. I was checking the parking info and realized the show had been canceled just an hour before my departure for the theater. I could not request refund online since their online system stopped working due to an unknown error of the system then, and had to wait about 15 minutes until their telephone agent finally became available. She promised that the full credit would be refunded but, after 10 days from the requested date, I still do not see any credit appearing on my account.

This was a great theater when it was Sundance. I loved the food, drinks, service and overall experience. Since AMC bought it, things have gone way downhill. The staff seem like they hate being there and don't know what they are doing. Drink and food has gotten worse. You no longer get cash back for parking in the garage. I won't be going back unless another company takes over.
