20 min for concession with 5 people ahead of you. Asked for 2 drinks and popcorn, the server got each item separately wasting time in serving customers. Popcorn on lobby floor and employees standing by talking and playing among each other.
I would really consider that you go on a weekday during the day. To many bad ass loud ass kids that throws ice during the movie on the weekends. Kind of hard to enjoy the movie like that.
Rude staff. Very dirty even though first screening of day and to top it off big all down the screen where someone has a drink at it
This place got flooded during Hurricane Harvey....not sure they removed all of the mold. No secret it has rats milling around. Located near one of the poorest, low rent, apartment infested areas of town. You get what you pay for (admission prices very low) punk kids talking loudly, young parents taking their crying baby to see a scary or "R" rated movie. Get a blue light & you will see creepy crawlers on the seats!
It's a little dirty and sketchy but the seats are great. They're very comfy! It doesn't get overly crowded either and the prices are good too! Just hope and pray your car isn't broken into while you're watching a movie.
Go watch a movie there after dark? Don't expect to see your vehicle the same way you left it. Riff raff everywhere. Grow some eyes on the back of your head or you & your wife & kids will get carjacked!
I have visited this theater before with better service. This low score represents the worse service I have received in a movie theater.
