Terrible!! Lines are long consessions especially. The workers are like sloths. Missed 25 min in my movie over a free popcorn. Not planning on coming here again. Nothing like lowes movies. Terrible customer service
Theater is well kept and maintained, but where r the customers? I.mean it's weekend...and the occupancy was less than 50 combining all theatres . Shocked and wonder how they r still in business . Just don't want to see them gone.
I was not the only victim apparently as another lady had her truck broken into as well. All the security guard did was write my information down. We went to the police station to file a report. Also, a man was shot in the face in the same parking lot about 1-2 weeks ago. What I'm trying to say is, after knowing about these things, I wouldn't take my family here for another movie. Anything can happen while you are sitting inside that theater. I just wanted to share my experience with everyone else that goes here for movies.
This has been my theater for a long time. Yeah, its never really crowded, its clean, it has its perks, but there is one thing that has turned me completely off about this place. Last night, after watching Anabelle: Creation with my friends, I walked out to my car to see that it was broken into. The thieves ransacked the car, but I had nothing of value in it. We called for security and asked them if they had cameras. He told me that they had cameras, but it didn't reach out to the parking lot.
Only have had the best experience out here. The manager out there is so helpful and polite. I didn't catch his name but I'm writing a review just to express my gratitude to his help and customer service. Thanks and i will continue to stop by regularly.
Nice little movie theater. Small screens but got for family outing.
