Wow, wanted to go again by buying tickets ahead of time for the new star wars. Figured it would be best to get in early so we could pick good seats in their best section, you know make it a special occasion. Quickly find out I have to pay an annual fee to do that? No thanks.. what a sham! I'll just keep going every week to see movies with my fiancee elsewhere. I don't need anymore subscription fees for bonuses that I already get by going to Regal 4 times a month. Have to admit it's a great business model to take advantage of movie goers though, offer luxury, make them pay top dollar, then add on fees to make them feel "Elite" and "included" in order to gain back regular options from other competitors they get free. Oh can't forget that when you set up a membership you start "saving" a percentage off your exuberant prices. I'll definitely hop in your IPO, just not personally going to get taken advantage of. Just charge me $50 per ticket and get away from your gimmicks please.
Very unimpressed with this theater. For a premium price, I expect premium service, this was not that. The reclining seats are nice but nothing I can't experience at my local area theater. The building itself is nice but that should be expected for the price. The service was awful. The server came and took my order and before I even got my food he dropped my check, so I had to shuffle and find my money as the movie was starting. I found that very distasteful. Then he came back 15 minutes later and asked if we had received our food yet. Clearly not. He took that opportunity to collect the check and I never saw him again. Ten minutes later someone else brought me my food. For the price of the food I expected much more. Very little for a high price. Very disappointed, not worth the price it costs to see a movie here. iPic really needs to step it up. Will not come here again and will not recommend.

I am editing my review because the manager, David, personally called me and satisfactorily handled my concern. E-cards are now good for food and drinks! My parents had an awesome experience and I will be purchasing another e-gift card today for her birthday. Thank you!
Stay away!!!....if you want a better experience got to Cinema Mark or Amc will not get ripped off. The price for the tickets is one thing but $12 for two sodas and not even a free refill and most of the staff wont even acknowledge you if your not spending, only saw are waitress when getting our order and when charging us for ours drinks.Not worth the price or service. Will never go back
Just purchased an e-gift card for my mom for Mother's Day. When printing, I noticed that e-cards are only good for tickets, not food or drinks!!! I really wish this would have been made absolutely clear PRIOR to purchase! If I knew that were the case, I would have had an actual card sent instead. Disappointing....
The first time I went it was amazing. The waiter was on point and so was the whole experience. The second time I went we paid for VIP seating just to end up sitting in regular seating. They literally moved these people that paid for regular seating to our VIP Seats and sat us down in regular seating. The waitress asked us if we needed anything; we asked for a margarita, she never brought it back and never checked on us at all. I probably won’t be back again because we paid $60 for VIP seating and didn’t even get it! Very disappointed but I gave it 2 stars because my first time going was awesome the second time not so much.
