The cost outweigh any negatives. Staff members are very nice. Food is comparable to high end cinemas. $2.00/ticket.... my son loves the place....
A treasure for what it is: hidden, cheap, quaint, old-schooly. Would I ever choose it over a modern theater? Only for the price.
My first time visiting this movie theater and I highly recommend it to anyone who desires to have fun with the family. Very economical for less fortunate low income families. Something that these high end movie theaters don't consider. On popcorn a large soda was ten dollars but well worth it when you pay $2 a person at the door. With $20 four people can enjoy a great time here. I'm certainly looking forward to returning..
I gave it 5 stars because it is HARD to find a place you can still spend a few bucks and actually do somthing for a few hours. The prices on admission are low, the food and drinks are priced better than AMC and the theaters are a bit run down, but the seats are still comfortable and The atmosphere is good.
I've been coming here since I was a little kid. I haven't been here in a long time, like 15 years. I remember it being a little bit better back in the day. Doesn't look like the staff does much upkeep with the place, or give any care about their job, but honestly the movie tickets are only two bucks, and you can't beat that. Concessions is pretty expensive, but remember tickets are only two bucks. Great place if your looking for something to do on the cheap.
