Okay love the movies love the ambiance so on and so forth this theater happens to be so-called doing the most when it comes to looks but really not putting in the work to back it up they also only had one window open on a Saturday night for everybody even though there were 12 other windows on occupied by any of their stuff members and I was coming for a movie that started at 8:10 yet the representative insisted on selling me a ticket for the previous showing which started with barely enough time 2 grab something at the snack bar and make it in time before the actual movie started. Why they had one movie starting 7:45 and another at 8:15 is beyond me but with the over 30 different theaters they have in that one location it doesn't really surprise me none-the-less I should have been able to choose the later showing since it was after 7:45 and the previews were due to the ending and any minute so I felt rushed and that's not a good feeling for a $14 movie ticket
Parking was horrible. Matinee price over $10 (Seriously!). No reserved seating or reclining chairs. Never again. Tinseltown has my business. Matinee is half that much.Parking doesnt cost or require walking a quarter mile. Reserved seating with reclining chairs. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
We go to this theater pretty regularly. I enjoy the convenience for where I live downtown and the regal rewards program is way better than most theaters. Only reason I do not give it five stars is there are a couple theaters that have a musty smell like the seats could use a good cleaning or some may even need to have the seats replaced. Other than that we keep coming back always excellent service and decent pricing.
Everything was fine - the place was clean, the service was efficient and cordial, the show (including half an hour of previews) started right on time. The sound volume and temperature were fine. Everything was great right up to the climax of the movie when the screen went black. Waited a few minutes to see if they could get it rolling again but no luck. By then the line for refunds was almost out the door since several screens went blank. So we left without knowing how the film, which had been really good and engrossing to that point, ended. Have been to this theater many times and this was a first.
If you haven't been here, you need to be. The murals on the walls are incredible. Great popcorn. Comfortable seats in the theaters. I'll come to this theater again.
