The room we eventually were moved into was decent (at 2:00am)...but not until after complaining about the room were they insisted was the only one available...the ac was old and barely cooling...after 30 min of waiting for the ac to cool and after having sweat dripping from how hot and musty the room was...i requested a refund and had packed out vehicle ready to when all of a sudden we moved to a room that had been available all along. I feel the staff was trying to give us a room they knew well was run down and ac out....but the room we got was great.

Outside looks a little shabby but I'll stay here again the rooms are clean bed was comfy staff was very friendly, AC in 109 kind of sucked though took a while to cool the room. My brother was in 108 and his AC worked just fine. That was a week ago, my second stay here I have to give 5 stars instead of 3. Ac in 109 is just fine. The dude Victor showed me, just turn it right to the blue mark and it works good. Not only did he offer to turn the AC on for me the next time I stay if I call ahead he also asked me if I needed help with my luggage and then later when the Coke machine was out of Coca-Cola he brought two of them to my room awesome customer service every time I'm in this area this is my hotel. I will not be staying here again glad it's my last day here. The free breakfast that was provided was expired, house keeping comes around 4pm (I heard house keeping be stealing items so watch out).
