Great location just a couple blocks from the hospitals. Easy to walk from the hospitals if you don't mind walking around the building. Nice to note that parking garage gives you in and out privileges. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The bacon, cheese, mushroom, and avocado omelette was amazing.
Nice people, but definitely a bad experience. Basically, don't stay here until post Feb 2018 since they're doing renovations. Found a used condom under my bed and they are saying that nothing was found there. If you do check in they'll apologize for the work being done but it still catches you by surprise.
Good facilities, very friendly staff, clean and quiet room. It would have been nice if the restaurant stayed open longer. We came down at 1015 am on a Sunday to find the restaurant had closed for breakfast and wouldn't open till 1130 for lunch. The only option was to drive somewhere as there is nothing within an easy walk. Also, it would be nice if there were some luggage carts in the lobby for guests to use. We had to wait for a bellman, who did come quickly.
Good price for a room immediately after Thanksgiving. Location is ok but mostly good if you're visiting the medical center. Beds comfortable, rooms big, quiet, etc. Parking garage is not bad. Service was good. I recommend this hotel.
I've stayed at plenty of Hilton brand hotels and nothing along these lines has ever happened so I reached out to the company to discuss my concerns about my stay and got a pretty defensive reply. "In regards to the renovation, the management team most certainly apologized" and how the renovation is to provide a better experience in the future.
The hotel is pretty nice but it is a poor location, it's in the medical center which is good for prior that need to be near the hospitals, but the roads are confusing and can be difficult to navigate for those unfamiliar with them. The parking doesn't seem like it is very ample and you might have to pay to park even if you self park, it's a distant location from the airports so you are likely to have a car or be taking an expensive taxi ride. The hotel itself is very nice with an included restaurant, but if you fell like checking out other eateries you're out of luck because there is nothing much around the area unless you have transportation to a few miles down the road. This hotel is meant for people with business specifically in the medical center so if that isn't what you are in town for then i recommend stating in another area. For those that are needing to be in the medical center, this is a really nice hotel to stay at.
