Great hotel. I enjoyed the layout of the room. Nice comfy King sized bed. Breakfast was good, fresh, and clean.
Well located if you're either arriving or departing from Hobby airport. The breakfast was the usual combination of cereals, waffles, scrambled (powdered) eggs, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Lobby and rooms are clean and attractive.
Best Western Plus at Hobby Airport exceeded my expectations. We had to check out early to catch a 6:20am flight, before breakfast opened, so we were provided a breakfast to go bag with a bottle of water, a granola bar and an apple. The coffee machine was serving hot coffee and espresso, and the juice dispenser was serving cold fruit juices. The most unexpected surprise was that we could leave our car at the hotel for up to 7 days for free and just $15/day after that! That is tremendous savings over any pay-to-park lot. Thanks for leaving this traveler delighted, Best Western Plus!
My daughter & I were there for 4 days during hurricane Harvey. The entire staff took care of every guest at the hotel including small children. They stayed over, worked very hard, and believe it or not always had a smile. Amazing people. This made it the best hotel I have stayed at.
I am extremely disappointment with the management at this hotel. If I could I would give the ZERO STARS. I stayed there on August 21,2017 and was charged for incidentals that were ridiculous. Ladies, do not use their washcloths to take off make up. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never been charged for make up on a washcloth. They charged me $100 for a towel, washcloth and sheets for stains. Wow, they have white sheets and towels, so that they can bleach them. Coke does not stain sheets. We were responsible and took the sheets off instantly, so they would not damage the mattress. They just wanted an easy buck and will take advantage of their guest. I used to think that Best Western was a great place to stay, but if they are all like this, I will not ever stay at another one.
