Breakfast is tasty and full of variety - just wish they served chocolate muffins!
I visited this hotel over the weekend. The presentation was great. However as I'm looking for a luggage cart I ask the server where are they located. His first reply really offended me and I know I won't be back ever again. I was just off work and was extremely tired. He looks me up and down and ask if I'm a delivery driver. This made me feel like slime. I respect everyone I come in contact with and this really changed my view on this hotel and area. I work hard for my money and won't be wasting it with someone who views me as such. Thanks but no thanks
Our room is always in top shape - clean and fresh. The double rooms are quite spacious too.
The staff were friendly, helpful and gracious hosts. I was there, as staff, for a group of teens doing hurricane relief work. Because of our reason for staying, we we're given a significant discount, but never made to feel less important than guests paying full price. Rooms, lobby and meeting spaces we're clean and very modern. AND there's a Starbucks in the hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Staff is amazing! So friendly and courteous and make you feel like they are truly here to help you. Directly across the street from the Galleria so we've walked over there several times.
They have a Starbucks inside the lobby too.
It has an excellent location - you can easily cross the street and go to the galleria.

By far, my favorite hotel in houston. The staff are super friendly and they remember us every time we visit.
Very nice hotel, went there for all day conference. Conference rooms were very nice and staff was very helpful. May have a stay for a weekend getaway soon.
