No breakfast due to construction of remodeling. Location is great!! Beds were not very comfortable. Customer service was very friendly! This hotel is placed in a great location next to a gas station convenient store with Pho restaurant, liquor store and Nail salon with Massage. Also the new airport parking area Fast Park is just a few yards away!! Superb location!!
Clean and nice staff. Beds are in good condition and they have normal size pillows. Blankets are on the thin side but it's hot in Texas. Air conditioner works great!
Very accommodating, especially in light of the flood. Had an issue with the TV and the manager immediately came to my room to take care of it.
Stains on back of door look suspiciously like blood. Shower not clean and no hot water! Put me in smoking room and never even asked. In general state of unclean and poor repair. Sheets had tears and stains. Mattress was springy and worn.
