Very nice customer service!! Ashley was great at assisting me throughout my stay here very nice and excellent customer service. The suite was clean with a beautiful view of the city. Would definitely come back. Thank you Ashley!!!
Someone was found DEAD in the stairwell at this location. And DEAD in the freezer at another. Kenneka and Jordan! Google it. The cameras don't work. Elevators don't work. So if something happens to you or a love one... They can't and won't help you. Don't listen to me... Do your research before you give any hotel a dime. At the end of the day they just want your money.
Awesome Hotel... . Having to visit MD Anderson , is not something you look forward to, but this hotel makes it easy. They accommodate your every need when you need it most. Thank you, God bless their staff.
The rooms are nice and the hotel is beautiful. I wish they didn't take the towels every day to clean because use it's a waste, but the staff is courteous and does every thing they can to make you stay the best. The hotel restaurant is understaffed, but the good and drink selection is good. We ate here many nights and loved the food the every time.
I hate to give them a star but I had to in order to post. No free parking what so ever, room stinks smells like mold as well as the hotel, smelled like water leaked through and had a strong mildew smell, carpet felt damp in our room, Ac was out in the whole Hotel so prepare to bring a fan we had to go out and buy one, Hair was in the shower, They double booked our room so a guest had access to our room while we were in the bed, No complimentary breakfast, Our tub and sink was was stopping up. The bed and pillows was comfy though I must admit. I still give them 1 star though. And not to mention that our room did not get cleaned the next day we came back to them telling us that house keeping was off. We had to clean our own room and call down to get fresh towels. Today is 9/6/2017 by the way
