I barely complain but this time I'll do it.I have known these people (owners)for years.Today I arrived at 7:30pm I was able to get the washers when I stepped in.When I was going to dry my clothes,I had to wait for available drier, it was so crowded that all driers were occupied,almost at 10pm,the lady stood in front of me and starting to kick me out from the laundromat,I told her,not to talk rudely to me,it was not fault that I was leaving late.She is rude,she does not have respect for customers even though I am an old customer I was going to give them one star but because the mister is always cool I can't .I feel sorry doing this but,She should have shown more respect to customers.Everything else is ok.
The staff is really friendly and super helpful. Not only did he show me how to use the machines but he even helped me folding the bed sheets. He also came to me from time to time to see if I need any help. The price is reasonable too! The place is really clean. The machines are reasonably new and working really well! Definitely the place I will go for doing laundry from now on. Highly recommended!!!
Some of the newer machines were pretty good.. Friendly owner helped me (visitor from out of town) work the machines.. Great Prices and classic MS PAC MAN in the back..
Never opens on time ... You might wanna call before you waste your time driving down here!
