I was pretty happy coming here until last night. Usually the staff is pretty rude and stuck up. They don't like their own hours, but I'm pretty sure they could change that if they wanted to. The last load cutoff is 7pm, but they shut down one whole lane of washers well before then, just so they can mop a small section early. They had their goth high school son working last night, who was pretty rude to some older ladies over mopping the floor. They shut the fans and ac off early as if rudely saying it's time to leave, even if you get their well before the cutoff time.
Change machine doesnt always work, and when you ask for quarters - I get told (they can't help me).. until of course someone else comes along and saves the day. I mean, quarters are what makes the washer/dryer work, right? Well, nice place overall (they keep it clean) - Cons: Can get super crowded and wait times for a washer/dryer are ridiculous. No TV. No music.. Partial Pro: There is a nail salon, a gas station, a kolache resturant, and a car wash all in the same shopping center. Tired of waiting on your clothes to wash? Go fill your tank up.. wash your car.. have a snack or get a pedi while you wait. Lots around to keep you pre-occupied. Would I go back? If I didn't jusy buy a washer and dryer - I would. ... but i'd atleast make sure to get there as early as I could to avoid too much traffic in and out.
Great laundromat. The place is clean, and a very friendly and helpful lady works at the desk. They have good machines. They use quarters, and there is a quarter machine in the corner, but it only takes cash ($1, $5, $10, $20). They have 60lb, 40lb, and 30lb machines. There is a bank of 3 all-digital 60lb machines on the back. Also, there are two walls of top and bottom dryers. One wall is older, and the back wall is newer and all-digital. They work great. They offer regular Tide powder detergent and Clorox color-safe strain remover for sale at the desk. Oct 12, 2017, they were $1/box. The 60lb & 40lb machines have a prewash & require 2 boxes of detergent each. The boxes aren't very big. Anyway, I washed a ton of sleeping bags and comforters here, as well as my removable and machine-washable couch & cushion covers. I will definitely be back here for my laundering needs. They also have a table & bench area in the back with outlets for charging devices and they offer free Wi-Fi. I didn't take advantage of this, but I will in future.
Like if said before, if they wanna go home earlier, they should change their posted hours. Easy right? But their method is just to be rude to people and make them feel unwelcome
Clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. I drop my laundry for wash and fold service. Cheap and great service.
I will never come here. First time here to wash a comforter. The wash seemed fine, but when I pulled my comforter out the washer, it smelled like dirty water. A waste of my money.
