I've brought a couple of items here for alterations and the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Every time, they change the price or try to give reasons why they need to charge more than what they did least tune for the SAME EXACT alteration of seeing a hole! I literally would not recommend this place to anyone... and that's sad because I live right across the street and it was convenient! This "convenience" isn't worth my peace of mind. Don't go here!!!!
