One star only because it is close to my home, so I go here to wash larger items.
The owner or employee, an Asian man, had the attitude that he hated being there.
Looks lile a junk yard.... dirty washers, dirty floors, trash cans overflowing, piles of dirty clothes.... does not look safe for a woman alone at any hour!
I asked him 2 questions and he yelled the answer at me, clearly annoyed I had the nerve to politely ask for help.
Phenomenal wash and fold service and very friendly staff!
Quick wash.. Not all dryers work well.
My dryer went out. So I tried to take my wet clothes to dry them there. They wouldn't let me. He said if I don't use his washers. I couldn't use his dryer. I don't understand why that is even a policy. You're still getting my money. Well now they didn't. I'm going to the next place.
