Machines don't take coins directly. You use a touchscreen that dispenses prepaid cards that you load money onto via debit card. Those "laundry cards" are what you use in the machines.
I was needing a fast good service to clean a lot of my clothes as I was needing them for a trip I was going on. I was clueless but had heard great things about this business and this location. Becca was very helpful and knowledgable. She answered all my questions and there were many. Very friendly and got me what I needed and done in the time frame I needed. I will be using this for all my needs and will be recommending it to friends and family. No kidding about the express in the business name it was great!
Great location. Very clean and great washer machines. BUT the dryers suck. I think its because of the lint trap. Other than that, its a great location.
They offer a bonus program that gives you extra money and "wash to win" points but I didn't inquire further because I"m only going to be here once. (Business trip) Locals, newly transplanted folk and those on long-term assignment can ask for more info from the attendant. (I took a photo of the sign but it wasn't easily understood.)
Staff was so kind and helpful. Clean place, washer/dryer were very fast.

They WILL wash laundry for you if desired but there's a 10 pound minimum. Wi-fi available. Several soda/snack machines but be aware if you bring kids there's a claw machine so they'll probably pester you for money. Vending takes cash.
Just like all the other reviewers... the management is very helpful and friendly and the facility is amazingly clean.
Facility was clean and as best as I could tell only one washer was out of order (and a technician was working on that one). See photos for pricing.
They have super big washers and dryers. I came with 5 bags and they all fit in an $8.99 washer. Then it only took 30 mins to dry in the dryer. Super happy! We were in an out in about an hour. This would have took me days to complete at home.
