This washinteria is for the most part clean. Quite a few washers and dryers are not in service, but when I go, I have no trouble finding machines that work. I normally go early to get it over with! I also go here because it has a change machine for quaters. I've gone to others with noe such luck and always return here.
I had a blast there doing my laundry and watching the World Series with some guy who lost his phone. The folks that worked there were very helpful.
I have been I've been getting my wash and fold done here for almost a year. I did tried a few places in the neighborhood before settling here.
They do a good job overall. Shirts get hung instead of folded. They bleach and wash all of my white clothes separately each time. Good price. Nice folks.
My wife and I went to this laundry Sunday morning to do a small amount of laundry. We did not experience any issues there were some machines marked out of order but there were plenty that worked. It was a bit crowded, but we had no trouble finding a washer and then a dryer. We were in and out in 45 minutes. I would definitely return.
Most of the machines were unavailable due to lack of maintenance. The same load you put in washer is not the same amount you can put in dryer. Machines that are broken are not all labeled or don't stay labeled. When the gentleman with beard was alerted he resolved the matter. The Asian lady was made aware of a second malfunction and she tried to treat me as if the machine had performed like it was suppose to. She put a quarter in another machine after my husband informed her the machine was absolutely broken. My clothes were cold and wet after "41minutes" ...of just spinning. .25 per 7 minutes and let that math sink in for a moment. The man with the beard understood he resolved the problem again. My husband and I were in there 40 minutes longer than what we wanted to be... The bearded gentleman that does the wash and fold totally professional... The Asian couple ..not professional at all . I remember this place when it first opened.. The staff was a lot nicer and most of the machines work. Now there are more busted machines, fewer folding tables and less seating...and waaay less professionalism.
