Four options: tofu, fried fish, fried chicken, pork belly. Thoughts: great soft bun. Tofu: not super crispy but the seasoning topping is very flavorful. Fish: it's like a fish fillet sandwich in bun form, gotta love that tartar sauce. Chicken: not heavily battered, white meat, and has that great spicy topping on it too. Pork: thick cut with nice rendered fat but a little dry.
Thank goodness there's a Republic of China-Taiwan place on this side of TX!
