Call their number and press #2 for an appointment. Very easy to talk to someone. They only take cash as a form of payment. They open at 8; if you get there early, they will break it in groups anyway so you are more likely to be seen sooner with the appt. everyone was quite friendly.

Today is rainy and kids and family standing outside getting rained on because they won't allow them to sit in a room. Try calling to complain and the phones are busy. Theses people do not seem to care. Extremely poor customer service bad for business.
