The consulate responds to my email in two days. They answer my phone call very promptly and with a welcoming attitude. The staff work there are also nice and efficient.

Talking down on customer,

I'll get down this as far as I can go ...

Let me tell you this.

SERIOUSLY! Y'all need some improvement!

In the end I got it all figured out, however the journey toward my end goal was unnecessarily stressful and it's unfortunate for all future people that will be going here for their service.

Man,

Remember that you are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY! The government never gave you the power to be RUDE, ever!!

Very disrespectful,

I'm pretty sure the consulate of the R.O.K. hired you guys to be helpful and be the faces of the country to your own citizens and other travelers who would like to visit S. Korea. So, PLEASE BE KNOWLEGEABLE, BE KIND and S.M.I.L.E!!!! (There were three women and no one ever greeted or smiled for once, what the F?)

I've been wondering why this place has so many bad reviews. Normally people in Korea are very nice and kind especially those who work in a customer service industry.

Very bad service. The lady that was helping me with my Student Visa at the English counter barely spoke English.

I called today to ask if I need a visa to visit Korea since I am neither US citizen nor permanent residents, the officers there picked up the call and responded clearly to my enquiries.

One of the ladies with long wavy hair was very raspy and hysterical, and not only her, all of them are not that helpful at all. I don't understand how they got the job. LOL!

Bad experience,

When i was trying to ask for clarification on the documents I needed for the application she told me I needed a bank statement showing I have the funds to pay for the school I'm going to. And I said Ok, does it have to be my bank statement or my parents? And she would completely disregard my question and quickly got rude and started telling me that I wasn't listening to her and that I need a bank statement and she kept repeating that and I was like, "I am listening to you, I just need clarification on who's bank statement"

With the lady name (lee ok sun)

Oh, ladies behind the glasses, a smile is such a basic thing, don't you think?

You ladies are somewhat REPRESENTING The Republic of South Korea behind the glasses. This means you have the most easy way to play a role as an ambassadors of your country.
