Terrible experience!!! Lack of professionalism ,they work whenever they want ,making customers wait for no reason ,they don’t come on correct timings ,and most employees don’t even know what to do ,they are misbehaving with people ,embassy not even clean enough ,doing nothing actually . Just want money ! Using embassy as a chatting and picnic place

I went for my Passport renewal, staff is very cooperative & helpful. I request Nadra Pakistan to, please passport mail directly mail to the applicants address, is more convenient to all applicants.
Please try to set up a chat service. Pakistan is a country of IT geniuses. We have to call multiple times and are reminded of back home government offices( aka horror houses).Keep it up rude customer service for hastily answering us, or giving us an extension that gives "out of service" message or an extension that rings incessantly. It's not enough for the Pakistan consulate employees, including you madam consul general, to have pretty pictures taken like divas and feel high strung.Own your country and your role please.You are a representative and a servant of Pakistan.
I had a great experience with the consular staff. They are very considerate and they help you during the process of making the passport. I had 3 of my family members apply for passports and each time the experience was better than before. People here who have given them 1 star, I would recommend them to read the website and follow the instructions. These people are trying to help us get things done in a lawful manner. Let's make there job easier. I had excellent experience all three times and its because I followed the instructions on the website. The staff is diligent and courteous, they are aware that many people travel from afar and they try to accommodate as much as the law lets them. We should applaud the staff for serving our country as best as humanly possible. This is the first time I have ever left a review and its only because these people don't get the positive attention they deserve.
