WORST PLACE EVER!! GUYS IM SERIUOS ITS SAD THEY BEING MEXICAN ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULTO THEIR OWN RACE! BECAUSE OF US THEM PEOPLE AT THE CONSULADO HAVE A JOB!!! THEY SHOULD HIRE REAL PROFESIONAL PEOPLE AND NOT JUST ANY PEOPLE THAT NEED A JOB! LOL
Only i want to say this!...yesterday i had my appointment to renew my Passport. And i had a very great experience the Consulate is doing great since 2014 i can tell you guys is going better and better.. About parking! Is not the Mexico Consulate fault if people pay a lot of money.. Those parkings are very independent business! I never pay any cents for parking is a lot of placed around fiesta and the neighbors around the Consulate let be real..! And i give 5stars this time for the consulate! The cashiers very nice.. The officer ouside help me with my questions the officer inside inthe check oint was great and and the end i got my passport in 10 mnts! Plus i make appointment only 3 days before.. They have 3 shifts Now.. Jus wonderful oh other thin the consul was there and one of the ladies in the line requested to speak with her and guess what shes talked to her.. So Great for el Consulado... En espanol super bueno tuve una experiencia muy biena desde el. Personal.. Oficiales y consul.. Al ver que atendio en persona a una senora wue tenia algunos problemas al hacer sus tramites... Les doy 5 estrellas! Estuoendo yrabajo y sorprendida por ahora tener 2 turnos para servir mejor al pueblo mexicano en houston y sus alrededores..gracias Consul por estar haciendo un trabajo fenomenal!
Very stressful experience no one taking phone calls , only an automated service , I just had a cuestion and i need to make an appoinment ?? . if the automatized service is better ..., I think that we can replace most of the staff including the consul wich is very hard to speak with and save some money on wages too.
I went with my parents to get some stuff done . The line was not that long we arrived early .Thanks to great reviews about two ladies send you to another parking space and charges $20 for parking help me a lot. So we went I have no issues with my experience because Vent.12 Esteban S provide a great customer service. I writing this review because the way they treated my father. He has his birth certificate a copy of course is 60 years old. Is kind of wrinkle some few stains but its complete no tear or any thing. so the ladies to get new a copy of Birth Certificate because the one he had was old damaged. Of Course is freaking old that Birth Certificate what did you expect it to be , new . This certificate is back in the 1950s, it will some wrinkles and few stains. So my dad filed the paper work for a new copy , for what so for the end they "we can't find you in the system, you have to call to upload your birth certificate" I 'm talking here a bunch of 20 and older adults can't find the certificate . Well, guess what there's is no need to call because I found it and it was already online. Y'all just some Lazy people who treat the people who you need the most like were some kind pest. We already have enough that some people treated us like that , we don't need Y'all . I just want a freaking copy of my father's birth certificate . If You need how to find it let me know , I will be gladly to show how to do your job. I wish it can give me a zero stars smh
People are nice but they take things very slowly , be prepared for long waiting time.
