If you like processing your own Dental claims this is the place for you! Formerly known as Floss the company standards have plummeted in the last year and not the same company it used to be. I should have written this review a year ago but really wanted to give the new company a chance. After being misquoted the first appointment of the year the second visit was not verified as requested and now I am completely out of pocket for the bill. It also took them over 5 months to send the bill so trying to recall what happened at an appointment in December when it is the end of May is not ideal. From what I do remember the actual appointment was disappointing, the tech kept pushing treatment but after speaking with the actual Dentist the treatment wasn't as "urgent" as originally perceived. Thankfully I didn't get the additional "recommended" treatment that wouldn't have been covered!!! The reptionist then continued to place the blame on the insurance and tells me that sometimes insurance companies provide incorrect information.

I've had no issues with Polish dentistry and have been going there for about a year. They've always processed my insurance and have very fair pricing from what my fiancee and I have seen. They don't just recommend the most expensive thing and take the time to explain what they're doing and why they're doing it. Very transparent, easy, and in a nice location with plenty of parking.
tells you their limited 4 day work week and hours; while also directing you to their website to make appointments. I did so, the soonest appointment is March 7th... it's January. Granted I've been here once and the experience was great. However, that's when it was Floss and not Polish. Hire a receptionist, or fire whoever is fielding your calls. I had a serious issue, and ended up scheduling somewhere else.
