So I’ll leave the review at a 4 star right now as I just did my first visit as consultation, but the first visit was great. The people were so nice and they explained everything every step of the way. I have already scheduled more visits to get a deep cleaning, cavities filled, and unfortunately get wisdom teeth removed. Will update this review after each visit (10/21/17).
I was very happy about my appointment. Dr. Abdou was very caring and listened to me carefully. Not to mention Sarah, her assistant was super nice and caring. I would recommend Memorial Dental Park, and remember to get your free spa ticket after your visit. Super cool!
I discovered Memorial Park Dental Spa when they came by my apartment complex and hosted a pasta night. I'm new to Houston and had yet to find a dentist. They are conveniently located close to where I live and my insurance was their preferred provider which were 2 pluses in my book. At my first appointment they gave me a tour and everyone was so nice. Since I hadn't gone to the dentist in a while they suggested that I get a deep cleaning done and set me up with a different appointment day. They accommodated my schedule and were very courteous. Today was deep cleaning/filling day and everything was great. The hygienist was so accommodating and kept making sure I wasn't feeling any pain throughout the cleaning. When I had a question she either knew the answer or would go find out. By far this has been my best dental experience ever. I felt as if they care about not only my oral heath but me as a person. I have recommended this dentist to 3 different people already. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!
The staff are nice. The office is fancy. They have a wonderful massage service. I went here and had a teeth cleaning, a filling put in, and sealants put on my teeth, and I've noticed my teeth have felt more sensitive in general- weeks after going in. Separately, I remember calling in and giving them my insurance information to make sure I would be covered if I went there. It was my mistake to take their "ya you should be covered" to mean that I would be covered. What really bothered me is that when I called to ask what had happened, I was told I'd be given a call back by a specific person on a specific day, but I didn't receive any call. So that was my experience.
Great experience! They have a very friendly staff that was able to fit me in last minute and worked with my schedule to make sure they could fit my needs. Everyone was very friendly and made sure to explain the procedures and how my insurance would cover each procedure. Definitely would reccomend.
