Love Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry!! My daughter has been coming here for a year now and always has a good experience. The staff are friendly and Dr. Yang is very kind and gentle with my daughter.
Our experience the first time was good despite a 30 minute wait to see Dr. Yang. However, our second appointment was changed at the last minute because Dr. Yang supposedly had to attend a conference and the only time we could get was 8 am on a Friday if we didn’t want to wait for two months to see her. When my daughter and I arrived on time to our 8 am appointment, Dr. Yan’s assistant (Ana) refused to give us 1 minute for my daughter to finish her bottle of milk in the waiting area as she hadn’t had any food since 7 pm the night before. She was rude and simply told me that the office was running on time that day which is never the case. When I spoke to Dr. Yang about the incident, she simply said that it’s hard to find good staff. I was very disappointed with the whole situation and just walked out of this practice. I’ve already found a better place for my daughter.
