I recently had the folks at Memorial Dentist replace a crown. I have never had a crown go on the first time without a lot of adjusting but this crown went on the first try and with one minor adjustment felt like the real thing. I am so impressed I would recommend Memorial Dentists to anyone. I love these guys.
The doctor was great friendly and very informative and so was the dentist assistance, but the worst part was dealing with the Office Manager Kasia. Kasia lied to me about a procedure which the doctor said was optional and up to me to opt for it or not ( it's my mouth and my face i can do what i want after hearing a professional advice and there is no need to be pushy and tell me my face will shrink if i did not fill up my gum with a bone extract a procedure that costs $575 per filling). Kasia kept her lies and even said if i did not do that procedure the doctor will refuse to provide service to me. Then when i insisted that i don't want it, she said she will double check with the doc and techs and get back to me. ultimately Kasia took me off hold on the phone to tell me i was free to chose what i need to do to my own teeth and mouth. her lies were directed to generate more money ( $2300 extra charge for a thing my previous dentists never insisted on me getting it ) for the facility and there is nothing wrong with making profit but THE WRONG THING IS TO LIE TO CLIENTS WHO TRUST YOU AND TO BELITTLE CLIENTS AND UNDERESTIMATE THEIR INTELLIGENCE AND KNOWLEDGE.
She was the worse Dental Office Manager I ever dealt with
I have no idea where to start...moved to Texas late 2015 new to the area so I wanted to keep all care practices close to home. May 2016 found this dentist office very nice and friendly. Had AFLAC as a secondary insurance carrier went back in after my visit nice lady (don't recall her name) gave me an itemized invoice. This experience caused me to refer my mom to their office. Fast forward to March 2017 my daughter had pain in her tooth looks like previous work from a Michigan dentist had fell out... my mom took her in because I had to work. Called me with over $800 bill I paid it then called me again saying I owed additional money after my mom and daughter already left. So of course I'm at work they would not even start the procedure on my daughter until I paid them so I just wanted it taken care of. After the dust settles I get a receipt that does not show the additional money I paid...I get a treatment plan with dates from 08/2016 never went to the office during that time. So I asked for a bill which is a ledger that shows what you are charged, what was deducted and what is still owed. Last time this was no problem...uh this time I was being told via email about things I never asked about, being told sorry I don't understand and pretty much not a problem I can take my business elsewhere...mind you this made me feel like a number and they were talking down to me. I have worked at hospitals, worked with doctors never felt berated like I did via email exchange with management. My daughter has to go back to get her teeth sealed (already paid for work that wasn't completed or I would not go back) but then as they so kindly stated they can forward my paperwork where I would like so I will be finding another office. I also told my mom not to go back there. Anyone that does not do accurate billing and calls back to charge you more makes you question what else is not done properly the first time...I have been in customer service a long time and I would never allow for such an exchange to take place on my watch. Only gave it two stars because my initial visit was awesome but seems to be going down hill now.
I've been going to Memorial Dentists for over 25 years and have been very happy with their practice. I have recommended many people to check them out and all were very happy with their treatment.
CINDY! WOW! Above and Beyond my expectations!!! I had tears when I left the office and it's not because I felt any pain -- I DIDN"T! It's because of the huge blessing that was the gift of not charging me for a crown to be re-applied as it fell out. Financially things are extremely tight for me and to have been given this blessing caused tears of joy. Cindy was so friendly and detailed in everything she and the Dr. did I wasn't in any pain at all and the dentists visit was seamless, painless and quick! Thanks to the front office for fitting me in right away! Really and truly a sensational team of people that treat you like family!!! God Bless!
