I went to Briargrove Smiles Dentistry for the first time today for a 6 month teeth cleaning and x-rays. I saw Dr. Lam. He and his entire staff were fantastic. The entire experience from the front desk, x-rays, exam and teeth cleaning was pleasant and professional. Dr. Lam did my teeth cleaning himself, and it was amazing...no discomfort! The facility was very clean. I would recommend this office and Dr. Lam highly.
Horrible experience,starting from the front office to Dr Leasing the lack of respect unacceptable. Start going when it was a different doctors and I continued going because the hygienist Jennifer Garcia is the only professional and She is extraordinary on what She does. Guess I'm in need of a new dentist. Never in my life have been treated soooo poorly horrible,horrible
This is a great choice for your dentist. Office is very nice and technologically savvy, with TVs for patients (while work is being done on you) and a gaming system for kids in the waiting room. Administrative staff is very pleasant and courteous, paperwork was done online, and my experience with Dr. Lam was A+. The dentist's assistant was very gentle during my cleaning and was concerned with my comfort the whole way. Overall, a top flight operation.
Had a great experience with Dr. Lam and his staff. He was very clear about what was needed and in laying out a plan, and his staff is fantastic. The benefits coordinator carefully explained costs and what my insurance covered, the hygienist (and their assistant) was very friendly and very competent--I had great interactions with everyone. And, most importantly, I got great results for a fair price. They've done a great job of removing the dentist-office dread--I'll happily be back when my next appointment is due.
