It's fast, it's cheap and it's good. That's what you need to know. $6 basic wash $15 for the ultimate. You get free vaccum to vacuum the interior and they even give you dash wipes which are surprisingly good! I would bring a microfiber towel to wipe down your glass, maybe glass cleaner as well. They do have a vending machine that sells these things but you're probably better off bringing them with you. if you're just getting the exterior washed and riving out, you can be in and out in 10 minutes.
They are D+ on BBB website go and check it for yourself. They are not professionals at all and will lie. Wash your car at home. *UPDATE* These dude's must have paid BBB because magically they have an A+ rating now. Cannot even trust BBB anymore, just look at the complaints they still appear there LOL.
They are always friendly here. The wash system does a nice job getting the grime off my car, much better than gas station washes. Also, they usually give you a vacuum coin. The vac works very well, very powerful. Well worth it to come here.
Wow best car wash I've been to. My car was so dirty and came out sparkling. I didn't think it was going to look this good coming out. I chose to get the hot wax finish and it was worth it. With all the rain. Here the water just rolls off. It make cleaning the car much easier in between major washes. After the wash the manager came out and gave me some wipes for my dashboard and checked on everything. I'll be going here from now on!
Worst experience ever. Their machine cut off my valve in half clean and all I was told was "sorry this has never happened before so we don't feel responsible for this". We can offer you $30 dollars worth of washes for my $180 inconvenience, not to mention it took another 2 hours of waiting at discount tire to have it replaced. And 3 days to hear back from them after they supposedly reviewed their cameras. Which clearly if they had they would have taken responsibility but nope.
BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a quick wash and it became a huge headache and 200 dollar bill just like a previous review. They immediately blamed me for being at fault. My other review is on Yelp with video evidence and a picture of what happened afterwards.
