I proceeded to speak with the manager, Guillermo, who immediately denied that it could be their equipment!!! NEVER go here. Before I was even finished voicing my concern, Guillermo was quick to deny that any of his team could’ve possibly done this. After cancelling my new membership Guillermo never gave me closure on the matter, hence why I am posting this publicly.
Do not come to this location.
I love going to this place. Great service and very polite people. I am pretty sure that you can get a car wash cheaper somewhere else, but is worth it.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I've been to other Mister Car Wash locations and my experiences here have been great
I then brought it to this location and they redid everything all over again. The guys in this location did an amazing job with my vehicle. The atmosphere is different here too, everyone has a huge smile and it makes waiting a breeze. I definitely recommend.
With that being said - this car wash is awful. Plain awful. I paid for a top of the line wash ($18, included all of their fancy bells and whistles) and my car came out STILL dirty. There was still soapy water left on my side mirrors and detergent on the lip of my trunk. They claimed to have washed my tires but I ran my finger through it after the wash and it was still caked in dirt.
I took my vehicle to another Mister Car wash where they had done an awful job.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Suppose they’re lucky this is the lowest rating you can give them, because I’d like to give them zero stars. This is the first time I’ve ever even given someone a public negative review but thought this one deserved it. I got an exterior wash today. They scratched up my brand new vehicle in numerous places all over the hood. It happened when I was coming out of the wash line and they wiped down my hood in two specific areas. The swirl scratches match the circular motion and area where two workers gave my hood a quick swipe with a cloth (obviously something in the cloth that scratched my car).
Garbage. $35.00 and they didn't do the hot shine or sealant on the first run through, so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to run me through the line again. Interior 'work' was barely done- puddles of conditioner left on the dash, debris not vacuumed from carpets throughout, center console and instrument panel not wiped down. Maybe I'm asking too much and this is all that a $35 'Platinum' package gets you these days, but I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere from now on to find out.
