I've read all the bad reviews about this place, but decided to go ahead and come here anyway after other family members had a fine experience, and I saw their vehicle myself afterwards. It was clean and did not stink. So we took ours and got the deluxe package with exterior wash/hand wax and interior vacuum/wipe-down, windows, etc. It all went just fine and was done very well. Smelled great, too, with the "new leather" scented air fresheners. No odor of soured rags at all. No streaks on the windows.
Frequently using them for car wash, from time to time for oil change and once a year for inspection. By now quite satisfied.
I saw a brand new truck after that super clean! You also get a free exterior wash within the next 24hrs, with your receipt. Cool place.
Good price. 20 min wash and vac. Terrible vacuum job didnt lift the mats at all
The only reason I am not rating at 5 stars is because, when they finish the job, their method of letting you know is to twirl a rag in the air. Well, if you don't happen to be watching right at the moment they do that, then there's no sure way to know that they're finished. Nobody comes into the waiting area to announce that such-and-such vehicle is ready, or anything. We did go and look every few minutes to see how it was going, but our seats in the waiting room were not near the window, and we weren't just gonna stand at the window the whole time. Therefore, we waited for several extra minutes for no reason before we walked over to the window again and saw our vehicle parked over to one side, finished.
As common courtesy, we did remove all loose items from our vehicle before coming here so nothing would be in the employees' way...and also to deter any possible theft.
Not bad, did an ok job. Don't know if anywhere else that would do better.
Other than that one small annoyance, they did a great job. I would go again and wouldn't really have a problem referring anyone there, as well.
