Sub-par wash and too expensive. The windshield was still dirty which is the easiest to wash and streaks on the doors from not dryong it well or fast enough. I went at 1pm on a Tuesday so they definitely weren't busy.
UPDATE 10/6/17: I called and Lindsay was very helpful to correct this issue. She asked me to come in to get it buffed and waxed after seeing the scratches herself. They were careful to fully saturate the vehicle before washing this time around and a couple of hours later, my car looks just as it did when it rolled off the lot last week. I can appreciate a business that makes the effort to correct and vouch for their work.
I paid for a hand wash and wax. Upon inspection after the job was done, I noticed unwashed areas. When I brought it to the attendant's attention, she denied it and tried to run away to grab a worker. He said nothing. She also dropped my keys on my car's rear bumper, as we all watched. She did not apologize nor refund my money. This business was my favourite place to have my vehicles cleaned but this is the second time too many.
Third time I paid 55 bucks for interior leather treatment and did nothing. Zero. Explicitly asked me if I wanted matte or shiny; second time I asked for shiny. Got nothing. Too bad. Like the place and the staff works really hard. When I brought it up after the first time, the answer I got was that it was too late in the day to bother with it. Hate to leave poor review, but the first time I figured people make mistakes. Second time: well it was late though if they did it right the first time it would not have been lol. This time just blatant skipping the service.
I'll continue to wash my own car
Here at the car wash... been trying different locations , by far this one is more detailed and really washed the car to my level of expectation. Oldies playing in the background, and a very friendly staff. Aqua Hand Car Wash & Detail the owner came over welcomed me to the place and ask what my car wash preference was.Great services !!!
UPDATE 10/16/17: Upon closer inspection, it looks like they were successful at removing the swirls I initially pointed out, but they left some entirely new ones on the opposite side and now the hood.
I do not recommend this place because they left some swirl marks on my brand new car. I came in today for an exterior wash. The guys hardly wet the vehicle to remove excess dirt, allowing small particles to cause fine scratching, or swirl marks. If this is their practice, I'm sure their drying methods only exacerbated the swirls. Although the car was pretty clean at the end, I'm pretty upset at the swirl marks on the passenger side of a car I bought just last week. Fortunately, some polish should remedy this I hope.
