Drove the car through and the metal on the side of the car was damaged.
Staff was helpful in getting a VIP rewards card. Love the service and convenience especially on a Saturday.

I go to this car wash quite often as I live right down the street. It's always an easy process to get through and even if I'm not washing the car, they don't mind us using their free vacuums (which I rarely do). I recently signed up to become a VIP member which is great because you get same-day rain guarantee which they allow you to wash your car again if it rains that same day. Great service!
I filled out the papers and was told that they would call at least within 72 hours after the damage, the manager didn’t, she called a week after.
They should have no stars.
Great car wash service and for $20 a month with free vacuum service well worth it. Although the blowers need to be repositioned. Great friendly service. My go to car wash location.
No apology, or we are sorry, just I looked at the video and you must have had a damage on your car before you drove the car through the washer. There was no damage. Will never wash my 3 cars there ever again. I have been a customer for two year. I have never been given so bad service, EVER.
