While the price goes up, the quality and attention to details goes down. Wheels overlooked and jambs not wiped down. Bugs still on front of car. And when you bring it to their attention, scoffing ensues. Not only the last time I visited, but several times despite giving them benefit of doubt.
I have been coming here for years!!! Yet they just took their service to another level!!! They always do an unbelievable job but just took it a step further. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!! Having been in the service industry for over 25 years I am very particular when it comes to service and this place is hands down the best I have ever experienced!!!!!
The customer service was great!! They were friendly, efficient, and the services were fairly priced. The inside of their facility was clean and cozy. There was also good seating outside. I got the executive wash package + wax and I was very pleased with the outcome (which says a lot because I'm slightly OCD)
Love Uptown Car Wash. Majority of the workers remember your face. Always are friendly. Do a great job. The only one I go to.

Uptown carwash is an upscale establishment. Where they are located does not make them that its there attention to details. The customer service and hand car wash is superb. From moment I arrive they make you feel very special. They treat all cars the same, whether it's a Bentley or a Ford Fiesta you will receive excellent service. As the saying goes everything rises and falls on leadership. Kevin is a great leader and he makes everyone feel special. Highly recommend and endorse Uptown.
