RYAN has been doing a great job on educating me on what I need to do to with my vehicle since its at 120K Miles. Awesome customer service. Not to mention you also get a FREE Wash after an Oil Change.
I like the express lane using my membership windshield barcode reader. I just drive up, the gate arm lifts, and in I go, ahead of everybody else. I can wash everyday for no extra charge, on a $30 monthly membership fee. Sometimes, I take the time for the vacuum service, but express takes only 5 minutes and I don't get out of the car. Awesome!!!
The platinum express car wash is well worth the price. The results of the carnuba hot wax are great and leaves my car extremely shiny. Very fast service.
Used to be decent, but today’s wash was very reckless. Tons of drops and smears, mats in disarray. Knew there was something up when I bought the usual platinum and they waved the towel after a very brief period, much shorter than usual. They just put no effort into it at all today. Gotta find a new place now.
I have had several bad experiences at the Voss Rd location. Nothing like paying for a car wash and then having to spot clean your own vehicle after the fact. The wash is never good and recently this location scratched my vehicle not to mention customer service is horrific. I am fairly new to Houston and did not realize that there was another location. I won't return to this car wash.
