Jason (buyer) and his staff was friendly and direct. I was offered what I expected for a 30 year old truck... $1k. He told me it would go direct to action and mostly sell for less that what I got. No one else was there and it took about 15 to do the estimated 5 minutes of paperwork and 15 minute waiting for corporate to approve it and cut a check.

My sister and I had a great experience with Jason and Keisha. They made an offer on the sale of my 83 yoa mother's car that was $2500 more than Car Max offered. Plus they treated us so much better than Car Max, which would have made us wait for 1 1/2 hours without an appointment. We were able to close the deal in an hour on our way to the airport.
