Though I had an online price guarantee, the salesman (Axle) gave me an even better price. They got me into the vehicle I wanted, at a better price than expected and did not try to add on things --- got the right vehicle at the best price.

Due to hurricane Harvey, I lost my car, and for 7 weeks the ins did nothing about it... I explained to Nick what all I had been through. Nick (in Fleet Sales) and his team went above and beyond to help me find a new truck. I have never been to a dealership like this one. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and not pushy. From the time I pulled up till the time I left, took less than an hour to drive away in a new truck.. I can't say enough great things about this place. Took my Grand Cherokee here to get some recalls fixed. Matt Randall took GREAT care of me. Didn't buy my jeep here, but definitely would in the future. Service was top notch- and I didn't pay a dime!
I called because I had a towing package installed on my jeep Cherokee latitude and the first time I went to use it the lights didn't work. I spoke with someone that was very nice and gave me a 10:20 appointment..Got here nobody can find the appointment and they can't guarantee to have it ready by 3 pm. And even though jeep installed it I have to pay 156 dollars and take my receipt back to the dealer who installed it. I thought jeep was jeep. I have never been so disappointed in the service on my vehicle I will never buy jeep dodge or ram again
