Seven months later and I still have not received my plates. I’ve spoken to them on the phone multiple times and was even given attitude from one employee!
This is my second time buying a car from Hertz for my second daughter, They are professional and don"t play games like other dealership. My Salesman Emmanuel was so helpful. He made sure my car was ready before i got there. I will definitely come back.
Best used car buying experience ever. Great selection of recent model cars with reasonable mileage retired from Hertz's rental fleet. Most cars are also certified by a third party. Cars have been maintained in accordance with DOT standards for rental cars. Best prices around, at or below Blue Book value. Very nice staff, the sales people are not pushy but very helpful. I will buy my next car from them again.
Finally was told that they did not turn my registration in time so I will have to drive across town back to their dealership for another inspection.
I love my new car but it was not worth all the trouble i’ve had.
For a used rental vehicles, these cars are not that bad. Well priced, well maintained, the exterior may be a bit mis handled. They were rentals, people mistreat rentals. But it's what's under the hood that counts.
Terrible, terrible service. Salesman was extremely rude, especially to my mother for whom English is not her first language. He legit made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, snapping at us when we asked questions and just overall being super passive aggressive. Complained to the manager and he just shrugged it off and have excuses. Do not recommend.
