This place is a rip off. My daughter got her first car from here. She saved her money for over a year and we were extremely excited for her. The cars engine broke within a month of her having the car, when we reached out the owner was so rude. They finally "fixed" and I use that word lightly but it took them almost 2 months. Car worked for 3 months and the engine blew out again. Took it to a real mechanic and they said the engine was never rebuilt and wasbjist patched. So she has been able to drive this car for a total of 4 months out of the 10 months she's had it.
I have bought many cars previously at dealerships in Houston and none of those experiences have been as pleasant as the one at 3B Auto sales. We lost 4 vehicles during Harvey and finally had a chance to replace one. UV the owner, helped me during my purchase of the Kia Soul. He explained everything thoroughly and was not a pushy salesperson. He made the process less stressful. This dealership feels like a small family and treats you with respect and smiles.
