That the truck was in the shop,
They went and pick up my truck and wouldn't give it back to me, they told me that they sold my truck!!!! I ask they why? I made all my payment on time!!!! She couldn't tell me why they sold my truck!!! I only had that truck for 1 month!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not buy any cars from here they are all junk cars some flooded and just cleaned out they are very unprofessional DONT GO HERE EVERY ITS NOT WORTH IT !!!!

Payment was due the sat Harvey hit I guess they stopped answering phone calls I can understand there area floods but they did not extend even for a week automatically those that had payment due that sat the storm hit and the truck was turned off how were we supposed to evacuate when the truck has been turned off and we are stranded I was not able to get ahold of them till Wed they did not ask anything about how the truck or family came through the storm but only asked when I was going to pay I said sat . unfortunately UPS was so far behind poor them they had not delivered paychecks on Sat so I called Freddy's to let them know that checks were on route but had yet to come in when the lady started talking about late charges and higher bills I fussed and said when everybody is out working with people on payments extensions some car dealerships have attached the month of Sept onto the end of there contract to help the consumers out you have the audacity to sit there and talk about late fees when I could not even evacuate if I needed to with the vehicle I have been paying on for the last few years I have been with them since 2013 with there high interest rates and lack for luster cars and trucks. And the common sense would have been hey we still haven't heard from Joe/jane doe but let's make sure all cars and trucks stay on till we have the all clear from the storm that was coming that every one was warned that it wasgoing to be catastrophic... Then we start turning them off for non pay till we hear from them by Sat wow 1 week was so hard for them to wait really???
