Car Zone Motors is now my favorite place in Houston to buy a good quality used car. Joseph did a great job of making sure that everything was to my satisfaction with the Acura MDX that I bought. He took care of the scheduled maintenance prior to me buying it other than the timing belt, but hooked me up with his mechanic who did the work wholesale for me, which made a good deal a great deal. Joseph even did some minor touch-up for me on a couple of sratches after I bought the car. He truly provided an easy car buying experience, and exceptional value.

Joseph has not only been professional but has been more than welcome to help me with any little thing I may need. The financing Bank that we originally signed for, out of nowhere declined all new loans because of the sudden hurricane Harvey incident. He not only warned me not to pay them but got me set up with a new loan agency with not only a shorter term but now I'm also saving a few bucks every month from my monthly payments!
The day that I brought the car home, it started experiencing problems with smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. Joseph went out of his way in more ways than one to make sure that the repairs, as well as me and my families peace of mind were taken care of.
