SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a 2009 Blue Mini Cooper Clubman that didn't last me 4 months before the engine completely failed. They did not want to fix it. Neither Fred, or Rubi handled my issue with concern. I seemed to be put on the back burner due to the fact they were having the same issue with a different customer. Don't waste your time this dealership is VERY sketchy and they don't care about their customers.
Only a low STAAR review because of paperwork documentation process I love the car my car is very beautiful no doubt about it but my address phone number everything was wrong so I have not received my title I bought my car July 2017 and here it is best to have not received my title I called DMV and DPS since that's what I was told and I had to Google and see who could assist me they confirmed what they had a system which was wrong second instance first instance when I didn't get my plates on time because I had a wrong number so my main complaint is the due diligence and documentation of this whole transaction it's very important.
Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, too many shady people you have to deal with specially owner.
I love my VW Beetle 2007 that I bought from RBF. Customer Service was great. They helped me with financing and offered me a very competitive price. I know where to go next time I want to get great value and attention to my needs.
