I appreciated the professionalism and effectiveness of my salesperson Walter. However, it is the service after the sale that left me very disappointed. My vehicle was delivered without floor mats. Was assured I’d receive them. However, here we are over a month after the sale and I still don’t have them. And I can’t even get a call back from my salesperson after several left messages. That makes me extremely disappointed in Maroney. And will effect my ability to refer any new customers.
