I purchased a car here 9/16/17. For the most part pricing is reasonable, but once they tack on all their Random Fee's and Sales Tax you are paying close to Blue Book Value if not more. Since I was taking the car back to Michigan and cars are valued slightly higher here, it was still a decent deal for me to proceed with the purchase. I sat around waiting for 4 hours for them to get the contract together. They kept confusing me with other people asking me why I was deferring my payment even though I told them multiple times I was paying in full for the car today. They told me they were going to have the car detailed and returned to me after I finished signing the contract. When I received the car back It smelled like someone just smoked weed in it, with ash still on the dash board. It also looked like someone was eating lunch in there as it had a few drops of hot sauce on the front drivers seat. A few days after purchasing the car I had a few questions about the Title and when I could expect to see it. I called about 10 times to the title department and left messages. No one ever contacted me back. I finally contacted one of the other sales members Sal, he gave me the email to the general manager. I sent her an email which she never replied to. Needless to say, absolutely disgusted with the customer service here and would recommend purchasing your car somewhere else. I will compliment the Finance Manager Santiago, as he has been the only person who has been courteous and helpful beyond expectations.
I have received a reply from Jorge about the car that I inquired online, he invited to visit their sales office. I did went to their office and I was amazed on how great their cars are. I decided to buy the car and in few minutes I got approved. Thank you so much Houston Direct Auto!
3 days ago we've been trying to shop for a car but we never got any from other dealers because of quality issues. We decided yesterday to go to Houston Direct Auto and we are amazed by the quality of their cars so it became hard to choose which one we want but there are so helpful.
