Worst dealership I have ever been to. My sales person was hector. He sold me a Mini Cooper and said was in great condition. We did all the paper work on line with the finance company. There was one piece missing from the headlight that he told me he was going to replace. (That i even have i writing stating he would replace) and he has yet to send me. And it's been 3 months and I still haven't gotten it. I took my car to the Mini Cooper dealership to get a tune up which I do with all car I just buy and they told me it needed over 3k in repairs. I called hector and told him I didn't want the car and he told me to take it in and they would "fix it" for 1k but I had to pay half, so I did and they "fixed it" I took it back to the dealership and it still needed the repairs. I ended up paying over 4K in repairs for a car that cost 10k 500 to hector and over 3k to the mini dealership
Hector is a great salesman and helped the process of buying a vehicle easy. The problem I had is with the vehicle itself. I've had nothing but problems with my SUV since I bought it. When I first was called about the SUV, I was told that I would get a 5 yr warranty with it but when I got to signing paperwork, I was told that the SUV was sold as is, no warranty. I convinced Hector to give me at least a 30 day warranty and he agreed. This is the only reason they tried to fix what they could in the beginning. They gave me the run around until I contacted BBB and would not make my 1st payment. Then, they tried to fix my problem. They fixed what they could to make me satisfied to make my 1st payment but I'm still having issues. I have a slight shake in the truck when I drive it. I've had the vehicle 3 months and have not been able to really enjoy it because there's something always wrong with it. I just had to tow it to the mechanic shop and I'm getting told I might have electrical problems. If you purchase a vehichle from here, make sure there is some kind of warranty or make sure you get it checked out by a certified shop.
Just wanted to write a review on this site, While we did not purchase from the dealership. The OWNER and Hector were both very helpful. The only reason we didn't end up buying here is because of the car that we ended up choosing. While we were out on lunch deciding the owner walked in to eat, he remembered seeing us and waved from across the table, he didn't interrupt our lunch and when it came time for us to pay they told us he comes in often and had covered our tab. -- I will 100% look to this dealership for vehicles in the future. I was looking for a customized Jeep and saw that they got couple of em online so I decided to give them a visit to see what they got to offer ..I talked to eagle their designer and he helped me out with building and customizing my Jeep ...They got great prices and did whatever They could do to make me happy with my purchase ....Very trustable and easy to work with they also have selection of cars to choose from that are really clean ...I’ll highly recommend these guys ....Amir and Eagle were really awesome to work with once again thank you for all your help
Was looking for a specific challenger and found a more unique one with them. Hector helped sell me the car, and all the guys there were nice! Hector was professional and patient as well. I highly recommend going here. I WILL go here again in the future.
